Partner at Dechert since 1982 and set up the firm's property
litigation group in 1987. Experienced both as a mediator and
acting for parties. I deal with all aspects of real estate dispute
resolution, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease
renewals, rent reviews, realization of security, property related
insolvency, disputes arising out of the sale of land and
professional negligence disputes.
I am a past chairman of the Property Litigation Association and
have been on the Legal Advisory Board of the Estates Gazette
for a number of years.
I am regularly ranked as a “leading individual” by Chambers
and the Legal 500.
