PLA - Property Litigation Association

Mediation Agreement

The parties will not be foisted with a mediator they do not want. It assumes that the parties genuinely want to attempt mediation, and are not just going through the motions, since they actually have to agree who is going to be appointed. Other appointment services tend to impose a particular mediator on the parties. This facility means that the parties know that they are getting someone who is experienced in property disputes.
