Once the parties (or one of them) has taken a name from the List on the website, it is for the parties to approach the prospective mediator and ask him whether he is willing to act. If he is, the Association provides, on its website, a standard form of mediation agreement and other useful information.

It is for the mediator to agree with the parties his fees for conducting the mediation, and it is for the mediator to recover those fees from the parties. The Association does not recommend a scale of charges and does not accept any responsibility in that respect.
