Preparing a case for mediation

The purpose of the mediation is to settle the dispute.  It is not a court hearing nor an Arbitration.  The Mediator will facilitate discussions with the parties.  It is essential that the people in attendance have the relevant authority to sign a settlement agreement.  Practical arrangements should be agreed between the parties, and with the Mediator.
