Requesting a mediator

1.  The PLA list of mediators is provided as a service to members. These mediators are accredited, and are members of the PLA. We incur no liability whatsoever in providing this list. It is up to members to check the CV and experience of any mediator.

2.  Once you have agreed on the mediator, it is up to you to contact him / her to make arrangements, including the fee.

3. Note that on the standard Mediation Agreement form, it is provided that the solicitor is liable for the mediator's fee.
