Law Reform Committee surveys – your views matter

Dear Members

The Law Reform Committee will be conducting a series of surveys in the next few months.  Whilst most of these will be in relation to the Law Commission’s 14th Program the first one is in response to the Government Consultation – Commercial Rents and Covid-1 Call for Evidence.  The deadline for responses is 4 May and we would like to put in a response on behalf of our members.  Accordingly I ask you to complete the survey that will be sent to you shortly so that we have time to collate the responses.  Completing our survey does not prevent you from completing the Government Consultation which is found at Commercial Rents and COVID-19 Call for Evidence – Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government Citizen Space – Citizen Space.

We believe it is important that as many of you as possible complete the surveys as it is your opportunity to let us have evidence that we can submit to make sure that your clients’ interests are represented.

You will be emailed the links to the surveys as they are sent out and on behalf of the Law Reform Committee we thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.

Peter Bourke
Chair of the Law Reform Committee.
