All booked places will be regarded as firm on receipt of a written application (whether by post, FAX or email).
Telephone reservations must be confirmed in writing by post, FAX or email within 7 days.
A delegate may at any time nominate a colleague from the same firm to attend in his/her place. (There will be no extra charge unless a PLA member is replaced by a non-member.)
If a cancellation is requested, a refund (subject to a 20% administration charge plus VAT) will be made only if there is a waiting list from which TPS can find a replacement delegate.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by PLA or TPS, for whatever reason or cause, PLA and TPS will refund all fees in full but disclaim any further liability.
Settlement of fees against an invoice, when requested, must be made within 30 days of date of invoice. Please make cheques payable to “TPS”.
TPS will issue written confirmation in the first instance followed by event instructions (including travel directions and administrative arrangements) 14 days in advance.
Any documentation that speakers may provide will be available only to those with a place booked.
Delegates With Special Requirements
Delegates who will require assistance or who have any other special requirements should notify TPS who will make any necessary arrangements.
TPS cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to delegates' property whilst attending the course.
Changes To The Programme
PLA and TPS reserve the right to vary the published programme.
