As we look ahead to the easing of lockdown people will have mixed emotions. Some people can’t wait to get back to the office and the social interaction with colleagues, while others may be feeling anxious about being thrown back into a faster paced, communal environment after so long working from home.
What is common for everyone is that we are likely to have to adjust to a more hybrid working model and also establish new boundaries between work and home life as we emerge from crisis mode and take stock of what is sustainable in the longer term.
Tara Kent of CHAMPS is joining us to talk through some of the challenges that we may face as we adjust to this ‘new’ working life in the second half of 2021 and beyond. She will provide practical tips on how all of us, no matter our starting point, can adjust, support each other and thrive.
This event is organised by the PLA wellbeing committee and open to all members of the PLA.
