With apologies for the short notice, sadly we are unable to proceed as planned with Part 3 of the Autumn Trilogy tomorrow due to the Tier 3 restrictions in London which have once again closed 1 Wimpole Street.
We know that members were looking forward to the event and, in particular, having the opportunity for a live Q&A session with Judge Elizabeth Cooke and Deputy President Martin Rodger QC.
With that in mind, we have decided to postpone Part 3 until the New Year when we can once again go ahead with a live-streamed event. We will continue monitoring restrictions closely and will announce the new date as soon as possible.
We do hope you enjoyed Parts 1 and 2 which were each watched live by over 400 PLA members!
For those who missed the live events, the recordings are both available to watch on Vimeo:
Autumn Trilogy Part 1 – https://vimeo.com/469837861/0acb1d6f77 (featuring Jonathan Seitler QC and panel discussion with Kathryn Sowter, Liz Peace and Gary Lawrenson)
Autumn Trilogy Part 2 – https://vimeo.com/469841710/0653f778d6 (featuring Raquel Agnello QC and Guy Fetherstonhaugh QC)
The slides for both events will shortly be available on the PLA website.
Once again, thank you for your support and for all of the feedback submitted so far for Parts 1 and 2. The feedback survey for Part 2 remains open (link), so please do take a few minutes to complete.
Finally, on behalf of the Education and Training Committee I wish you a very happy and healthy Christmas and we look forward to ‘seeing you’ for Part 3 in the New Year.
