Claire-Elaine deals with matters relating to Commercial, Residential and Agricultural law and is a member of both the Property Litigation Association and Agricultural Law Association. She particularly enjoys the challenge of more complex or unusual matters and her practice covers a wide range of property work including landlord & tenant, proactive estate and portfolio management, facilitation of developments, telecommunications, boundaries, rights of way, and restrictive covenants. She also has more niche experience in defending bulk litigation on behalf of developers and local authorities, as well as dealing with professional negligence claims against property professionals.
