PLA East Anglia: Property Development - Seeing the Issues and Solving the Issues

The PLA East Anglia held a training and networking event with Serle Court on 23 April 2026 at The Assembly House, Norwich. 

The programme considered Rights of Light in the context of Cooper v Ludgate House and explored the thorny issue of how best to remove or resolve issues presented by restrictive covenants and troublesome rights of way as well as looking at boundary agreements. The session was wrapped up with the opportunity to find out more about the workings of the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
