The PLA is proud to announce the establishment of the Vivien King Memorial Grant. Vivien was a trailblazer, a dedicated professional, and a well-respected member of the PLA. In her memory, it is hoped that the Grant will support property litigators who may need financial assistance to fund their membership of the PLA and attendance at PLA and wider industry events. We hope that this will help ensure that our membership remains accessible to all property litigation professionals and cultivate the next generation of leaders who embody Vivien's spirit of excellence, fairness, and dedication.

Social Mobility Day 2025 aims to raise awareness, promote conversations, and encourage action to improve social mobility in the UK. The PLA are proudly supporting the Academy of Real Assets and Pathways to Property throughout 2025, two organisations which are focused on making a practical impact on improving access to the wider Real Estate industry to students from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

The JPLA held a very successful event to a packed crowd on Day 2 at UKREiiF. The panel discussed the developments around the Bill and the likely impact on different stakeholders and understand how to best manage risk.
