In Conversation with Sheriff Gillian Craig
The evening will cover Sheriff Craig's career, her journey to the Bench, as well as topical issues of relevance to property litigators in Scotland. Scott Manson is regularly instructed in property disputes and is also a part-time Sheriff. The evening promises to be full of lively discussion and insight and is not to be missed.
Sheriff Craig is a Sheriff of North Strathclyde sitting at Paisley Sheriff Court, where she leads the North Strathclyde commercial court. She was a solicitor in private practice for over 20 years, specialising in commercial and property litigation. She was the senior tutor in civil litigation for Glasgow University’s Diploma in Legal Practice from 2010-2021. In 2021 she was made an Honorary Member of the PLA.
Registration if from 5.30pm with a prompt start at 6pm. The discussion will finish at 7pm and be followed by networking drinks until 8pm.
