An Evening with the Law Commission

An Evening with the Law Commission

With on-going consultations covering the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, the current work of the Law Commission could herald one of the biggest shake-ups in commercial property law in a generation.

The PLA Law Reform Committee are delighted to invite members to “An Evening with the Law Commission”. A rare opportunity to hear first-hand from Lisa Webley, Law Commissioner for Property, Family and Trusts and Charlotte Black, lawyer in the Property, Family and Trusts Team on the unique work of the Law Commission and their current projects focussing on property law reform. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions in advance or on the day.
