PLA Midlands & North Wales: Contractual Control Rights & Their Termination

A highly topical seminar on contractual control rights and their termination, presented by Brie Stevens-Hoare KC and Clare Anslow, Gatehouse Chambers.

The session will cover:

1. What are contractual control rights – conditional contracts, options, pre-emption rights and promotion agreements;
2. Termination of contractual control rights;
3. Litigating disputed termination – how, what procedure, being quick and cost effective; and
4. The new requirement to register them – the timelines and consequences of failure to comply.

Registration is from 5.45pm for a 6pm prompt start. The session will finish at 7pm and be followed by networking drinks and nibbles.
