In what has become an annual event, the PBA and PLA join forces again.  This year’s illustrious panel will discuss the current issues and potential issues facing the property [litigation] world in a recession. 
 
 
Chaired by Tiffany Scott KC, Chair of the PBA, the panellists will comprise a well-known and soon-to-be property silk and two leading property litigation solicitors:
 
Tiffany Scott KC of Wilberforce Chambers
has a practice encompassing property litigation, professional liability, and wider commercial disputes and is described as “a great advocate”.  She is this year’s Chair of the PBA.
  
is a partner and the Head of the Real Estate Disputes team at CMS. Danielle is also an accredited mediator.
 
Kerry Bretherton KC of Tanfield Chambers
is described as “an accomplished silk with a wealth of expertise in real estate litigation”, she practices in the field of Property, Property Development and associated Public Law matters, Commercial Disputes and Professional Negligence.
 
Edward Peters of Falcon Chambers
is a property litigation specialist. He is experienced in all aspects of real property law and landlord and tenant.  It has been announced that Edward is to be appointed as King’s Counsel, following the 2022 KC Competition. 
 
Tim Reid of Hogan Lovells
has a wide experience in all areas of real estate litigation and dispute resolution.  Tim has developed a practice with particular strengths in the fields of leasehold enfranchisement, dilapidations and property related insolvency, having been involved with a number of notable pre-pack administration and CVA cases over the last decade
