Started my career with one year as a paralegal specialising in real estate litigation before training in a property specialist firm in which 12 months of my training contract was in a real estate litigation seat. Qualified in August 2023 and between August 2023 - August 2025 I worked on both commercial and residential property litigation disputes, including residential possession, business lease renewals, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidation claims., service charge disputes, adverse possession and boundary disputes. Since August 2025, I now specialise in block and estate management including residential possession work, disrepair claims and building safety act matters.
