I am a property litigation lawyer with experience of advising on a wide range of issues relating to property for both private and public sector clients including higher education providers, NHS Trusts, local authorities, charities, developers, and national retailers. I advise clients on property disputes and estate management matters including business lease renewals, dilapidations, adverse possession, disputes relating to easements and restrictive covenants, break notices, trespass, possession claims, forfeiture, alienation, rent and service charge disputes.
