My profile is not up to date. I am heavily involved in multiple large Property Law cases, including; (1) Aldi Stores Ltd v Inverclyde Council [2025] CSOH 110 - Acted for Aldi in a Judicial Review against a local authority for failure to issue a dangerous buildings notice in respect of a building adjacent to Aldi's property. (2) Aldi Stores Limited v West Ranga Property Group Limited - Acting for Aldi in a commercial action in the Court of Session. The dispute involves the defender's failure to pay the purchase price for a retail shell unit development following practical completion in terms of the Missives. (3) Endeavour No. 4 Limited v North Lanarkshire Council - We acted for the Landlord in a large dilapidations action in the Court of Session. In addition, I handle a number of lower level property disputes, involving the issuing of notices to quit, arrears disputes, dilapidations disputes, etc. This includes leading sheriff court dilapidations claims.
