Rhi is an associate in the real estate litigation team in the real estate department. Rhi has experience advising clients on a broad spectrum of property related disputes, with a particular emphasis on commercial property disputes. She has acted for a range of clients, including individuals, retail landlords and large financial institutions. Rhi has experience acting for both landlord and tenant clients in landlord and tenant disputes, as well as acting for clients in claims for trespass, forfeiture, possession claims, break options, dilapidations, lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), 1987 Act matters, derogation from grant and nuisance. Rhi has also advised on large scale termination projects for landlords with residential portfolios.
