I’m an Associate Solicitor in the Property Litigation team at Russell-Cooke, advising both businesses and individuals on a wide range of residential property disputes. My work has included and includes possession claims, breaches of lease covenants, rent arrears, forfeiture, boundary and Party Wall disputes, rights of way, service charge disputes, and dilapidations. I have also advised commercial landlords on lease renewals and extensions under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
