Before joining the Residential Property Litigation team at Winckworth Sherwood, Tamara qualified as a commercial litigator at Teacher Stern LLP. Since qualifying she has acted on a broad range of commercial and property disputes, before the High Court, First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal and County Court. She also has experience in managing complex litigation from pre-action to trial preparation. Tamara advises social landlords on all aspects of residential Landlord and Tenant disputes, including Leasehold and Housing Management matters.
