Tristan handles on a wide range of property litigation matters, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors and lenders. His work includes complex landlord and tenant issues (including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charge disputes, and break rights), as well as property-related insolvency matters and real estate disputes arising out of development projects. He also regularly advises on contentious possession proceedings, restrictive covenants and easements. Tristan frequently advises clients at an early stage, helping them to manage risk and resolve potential issues before they escalate into formal proceedings. He works closely with clients to deliver pragmatic, commercial solutions, whether through litigation or negotiated settlement.
