PLA East Anglia and Serle Court are delighted to offer an afternoon Property Law update at the Assembly House in Norwich.
 
The programme will consider Rights of Light in the context of Cooper v Ludgate House and explore the thorny issue of how best to remove or resolve issues presented by restrictive covenants and troublesome rights of way. We will consider boundary agreements and wrap up the session with the opportunity to find out more about the workings of the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
