PLA East Anglia: Property Development - Seeing the Issues and Solving the Issues

PLA East Anglia and Serle Court are delighted to offer an afternoon Property Law update at the Assembly House in Norwich.
 
The programme will consider Rights of Light in the context of Cooper v Ludgate House and explore the thorny issue of how best to remove or resolve issues presented by restrictive covenants and troublesome rights of way. The session will wrap up with a mock mediation on development and option agreements. 

  • 2.00pm - 2.15pm: Registration
  • 2.15pm - 3.00pm: Some major window cleaning - is there a clearer view as a result? A Rights of Light Update Andrew Francis and Christopher Stoner KC
  • 3.00pm - 3.30pm: Cup of tea & a slice of cake
  • 3.30pm - 4.15pm: Clearing Title - Problematic Covenants and Addressing Access Andrew Bruce and Nia Moseley-Roberts
  • 4.15pm - 5.00pm: Mock Mediation featuring Amy Proferes
  • 5.00pm - 6.00pm: Drinks and refreshments
