Join us in Newcastle for an in-depth property law seminar presented by leading barristers from Landmark Chambers, focusing on two areas of significance and practical importance for property disputes practitioners.

Tom Weekes KC will deliver a practical session on the modification or discharge of restrictive covenants. Tom will explore when covenants can be challenged, the strategic considerations for applicants and objectors and how these issues arise in development, transactional and contentious contexts.

Ellodie Gibbons will provide a clear and accessible overview of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act, examining its key provisions, policy objectives and the anticipated impact on leaseholders, freeholders, developers and advisors.

Registration from 5pm for a 5.30pm prompt start. The seminar will finish at 7pm and be followed by networking drinks until 8pm.
