PLA South Coast: Autumn Training Workshop
Danni Drummond-Brassington - former head of CMS' real estate disputes team and now mediator, executive and conflict coach - will lead an interactive workshop breaking down what is going on behind the scenes with difficult conversations, giving attendees tools to take forward into their practice and tips on how to deal with difficult clients.
Whether you’re dealing with difficult dialogue in negotiations, disputes, or day-to-day interactions, this event promises practical insights to help elevate your communication skills and improve on your skills used when reaching a settlement for your clients.
Registration is from 11.45pm for a prompt 12pm start. The session will finish at 1pm and be followed by networking drinks until 2pm.
