Join us on 23 April 2026 for the first PLA South Coast training event of the year with Wilberforce Chambers. We will be joined by Jonathan Seitler KC, Naomi Kilcoyne and Mark Galtrey.

  • Is reliance on a misrepresentation like reliance on the weather forecast?

Naomi and Mark will provide members with a review into the more forgotten opposition grounds and how they can be used effectively as well as how to ensure tenants don’t lose their fixtures at the end of the lease and landlords don’t get burdened with fixtures they don’t want.
