Join us on 23 April 2026 for the first PLA South Coast training event of the year with Wilberforce Chambers. We will be joined by Jonathan Seitler KC, Naomi Kilcoyne and Mark Galtrey.

The 1954 Act Grounds you forget about" and "Fixtures/Fittings and Chattels – who is responsible for what? - Naomi Kilcoyne & Mark Galtrey

Naomi and Mark will provide members with a review into the more forgotten opposition grounds and how they can be used effectively as well as how to ensure tenants don’t lose their fixtures at the end of the lease and landlords don’t get burdened with fixtures they don’t want.
