PLA x PBA: Navigating challenging conversations

Danni Drummond-Brassington - former head of CMS' real estate disputes team and now mediator, executive and conflict coach - will lead an interactive session breaking down what is going on behind the scenes with difficult conversations, giving attendees tools to take forward into their practice.

Whether you’re dealing with difficult dialogue in negotiations, disputes, or day-to-day interactions, this event promises practical insights to help elevate your communication skills.

Registration is from 5.30pm for a prompt 6pm start. The session will finish at 7pm and be followed by networking drinks until 8pm.
