The Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 is finally set to be reviewed following the launch earlier this week (27 March) by the government of a new Anti-Social Behaviour Action Plan. PLA Chair, Dellah Gilbert comments. 

The PLA Conference 2023 was held on 24 March at Keble College, Oxford. The notes and slides have been made available to members.

The annual Alan Langleben Competition for 2023 is now open. The winning entry will be published in the Estates Gazette and receive £2,000 in prize money! Eligible entrants now includes trainees, apprentices and paralegals who are involved in property litigation. Closing day end of May.
