Three barristers from Landmark Chambers joined PLA members at Pinsent Masons in Manchester to discuss frequent legal impediments to developments. A recording of the event has been made available to members.

It’s strange to think that I have already come to the end of my year as chair of the PLA.  It seems to have gone quickly although, to be fair, in that time we’ve seen two monarchs, three prime ministers and four chancellors of the exchequer, so perhaps I did well to last as long as I did. 

The PLA Annual General Meeting 2022 was held on 10 November 2022 at 7pm at Ironmongers’ Hall Shaftesbury Place, Barbican, London EC2Y 8AA. The minutes, unaudited accounts and amended Articles of Association following the meeting are available here.

Dellah Gilbert, Head of Real Estate Disputes at Maples Teesdale, has been appointed as the new Chair of the Property Litigation Association, as Hogan Lovells’ Mathew Ditchburn steps down from the role having completed his one-year term.
