Announcement of Electronic Filing in the Business and Property Courts outside of London

From 25th February 2019, Electronic Filing in the Business and Property Court is being expanded to apply to all Courts outside London and that from 30 April 2019, professional users of the Court will be required to issue all new proceedings by electronic filing through CE-File. In addition, they will also be required to electronically file any new documents or submissions through CE-Filing in relation to cases issued on CE-File by the claimant on or after 25 February 2019.Read article
