This checklist is intended to assist members of the JPLA and PLA whose clients are proposing to carry out qualifying works where the contribution of any tenant exceeds £250 or enter into a qualifying long-term agreement where the contribution of any tenant exceeds £100 in any 12-month period, and is an overview of the steps which should be taken in the s.20 consultation procedure.
