Cripps Pemberton Greenish partner Kerry Glanville is the new chair of the Property Litigation Association, having taken over from Dentons’ partner Bryan Johnston. She is the 25th chair since the organisation was established in 1995 to represent property litigators in the UK.

The question posed for the essay was “What is the most unjust and/or unfair decision/statute/doctrine or principle in Property Law?”

Judicial Appointments Commissioner Brie Stevens-Hoare chaired a lively, engaging and insightful panel discussion concerning appointments to the judiciary.
